Paula Ribotto is the owner and operator of Yoga 4 All in Thunder Bay. Paula is a certified Hatha yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher with 500 hour E-RYT certification.
Paula took her first yoga class in 1995 after having twins and becoming a single parent of three. Her curiosity about the breath, movement and it's connection to relaxation, kept her coming back to the mat until 2005 when she decided to formally study yoga as a science and philosophy. Paula completed her RYT500 after studying Hatha Yoga and Kundalini yoga and began teaching in and around the Thunder Bay area.
Paula's passion for learning has brought her back to New Mexico each year for more training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has completed her 2nd level training in the summer of 2015 and continues to study Numerology for the 10 bodies.
Paula has enjoyed teaching women's classes and retreats, teaching yoga for stress relief in the workplace, specialty workshops for transformation and reaching people in need for change. Her students continue to inspire her to grow as an individual and a teacher.
Paula's classes are taught in a style that is usually doable for all levels. Her grace and presence gives students permission to embrace where they are and move forward courageously, compassionately and truthfully on and off the mat. She recognizes that people today need simple, doable tools to relieve stress, boost health, relax and find inner peace. She believes that yoga can help with all of that and more.
Thank you for choosing to take part in this journey of Self Exploration. It is my pleasure to support you as you built greater awareness and understanding of who you are in this magnificent world. Namaste Paula
